So ds was born last week and I have some questions I would like answering, but who do I contact?

If it's questions about the actual birth, and if you gave birth in hospital, the hospital can help. If you are thinking of making a complaint you can request copies of your case notes via the medial records department and you can arrange to meet with someone who can explain them to you. Start with the hospital.

Otherwise perhaps your Health Visitor or midwife would be a start.

Thanks. Who at the hospital? Just ring the ward and start from there?

Are you still under the care of the community midwife? What about starting with her?

Ring the hospital and ask to speak to PALS. Its the patient liason service they have at every hospital
