Hypnobirthing classes London

Can anyone recommend a good hypnobirthing class / practicioner? I am 21 wks and looking for classes to take with my partner and potentially a one-to-one session for me too.

I already have the books and CDs but would like to supplement with classes.

Hi - we had a private two day course at home with Helianthe Rusken (www.hypnoclinic.net/) and she was brilliant.

gemma is lovely and with 5 kids herself had lots of practical advice & info as well, and a very positive down to earth attitude.

I stumbled across this old thread and realised that people may well be searching for Hypnobirthing Classes in London here.

So, just to help update - I run Hypnobirthing Classes in SW11, London as 'Better Birth Stories - Hypnobirthing Classes and Common Sense Birth Preparation.'

We have the options of either a one-day group course which takes place on the last Sunday of every month or private classes which are held in the comfort of your own home.
