If you have more than one C Section, do you get more than 1 scar?

No. With mine they did it over the previous scar.

And they did my hysterectomy over the 2 previous cs scars. Just a faint white line these days.

One scar if it goes well, which vast vast majority do. I have second small one but had precautionary extra tube to check for internal bleeding due to meds I'm on. Don't be alarmed by that - it was excellently handled and a reassurance more than anything. Would wage a month's salary you'll end up with one. It can be a wonderful experience shared with DP, so enjoy and good luck
