Had normal delivery 3.5 months ago. I say normal but she took her time coming out and had her head in the wrong position so was trying to get the biggest part of her head out! (plus her head size is 90th centile) Everything feels normal except I feel a bit open?? Don't really know how to describe it but I notice it especially when I'm exercising that my pelvis doesn't feel quite right between my legs.Blush
Anyone else experienced this or got any suggestions??

Oh yes! Your coccyx could have shifted a bit or the two halves of your pubic bone could have separated a bit. Are you doing lots of pelvic floor exercises and deep abdominal exercises? These will help to tighten things up and bring things back together. If I were you though I'd ask for a referral to a specialist women's health/gynae physio who can do a proper assessment, recommend specific exercises and make sure you are doing them properly. Good luck!
