When to call the MW?

Am 4 days overdue with DC2. DD was a really long latent labour with loads of build-up, so had no qualms about calling MW out (HB planned). I have had leaking waters all afternoon - no great gush, but a definite pop and continuous leaking. Am having the occasional, mild contraction, but nothing regular or strong. Would you ring the MW in office hours to give them the heads up, or am I better ignoring it all until it's obvious what's happening? I don't want to feel under time pressure/stressed that contractions haven't started (really want to avoid induction of possible - any tips gratefully received!). TIA.

Do give them the heads up that your waters have gone - they will want to know that. And then they will probably tell you when to call them back. Good luck!

I would call and warn them. Might progress quicker second time round.

They will want to know waters have gone (assume it is clear liquor draining)
