I am 39+1 with dc4 so should know whats going on by now.

I feel so strange, my bump is permanently rock hard, My head hurts, and movements have decreased tho def felt some movements in the last hour so not too worried.

Contrary to what some midwives advise, babies movements don't slow down before labour.
Please call your midwife and get this checked. It's probably nothing to worry about, but I strongly urge you to get this checked.
Ring her now!
