Hypno worth the cost?

I was looking into hypno/ childbirth therapy and wanted a but of insight. £299-500 is really expensive and I am so worried I will forget the classes then I'm huffin and puffin in hospital. Anyone attend classes like these and swear by them.

I did the training when I was pregnant (alredy a tqulaified therapist) and it was very useful (I am a complete wuss but know that the mind is a pretty powerful thing!).

If I were you, I would get a hold of the Marie Mongan HypnoBirthing book off Amazon (try to get the US version as it has a CD) and have a read. If you think it makes sense, then try for a course (classes are cheaper thank private).
