How do braxton hicks feel when baby in pelvis?

Just come home from hospital, baby had unstable lie but now definitely in pelvis so business as usual. I am feeling done tightenings and they feel different to the braxton hicks I've had for weeks and weeks. But I wonder if that's just because they are squeezing the head that's 2/5 engaged and nothing to do with labour. Third baby, due Thursday. What do you think?

Why have you been in hospital?
Could be early labour!

Baby was changing position from transverse to oblique a lot. If waters break like that big risk of cord prolapse. But has turned head down and 2/5 engaged so can come home to wait for labour as normal. I'd like to think it could be something starting. Not painful, but feel it more and lower down. We'll see - could be two weeks yet!

Baby's definately getting ready. Good luck!

Hope so! But totally normal this morning, so might just have been over exertion after five days of basically sitting doing nothing!
