Also ITV TONIGHT Baby Hospital 9pm. Filmed a t Liverpool Women's Hospital neonatal unit. Tonight's edition follows three births that suffered complications in case anyone who is pg does not want to watch.

It's already making me glad I live in Scotland where things don't seem so bad.

Im watching

and relieved to be planning a home birth!

60% of NHS compenstation fund goes to maternity related cases. 500 babies die unnecessarily each year, a third world counrty? No THIS country. What an absolute disgrace.

Oh and it is costing tax payers to fund this incompetence as well!! I cannot think of any other situation where this would tolerated - but its women and babies so do they matter?

please look at count the kicks they are campaigning to reducing stillbirth in the UK through education, there are also other campaigns out there - one being ran by grazia

this programme was scary. It confirms what I thought though, that DH and I need to be prepared to be very vocal if we feel something isn't right and we're not being taken seriously.
