EMCS post advice needed

had a EMCS on 15th May. Feel okish scar stinging every now and then and find after my evening meal I get real bad diarrhoea? Can anyone help? X

It takes time to heal and get back to normal. Give yourself time and make sure you take care if yourself. I was terribly constipated after both my CS and was terrified to strain!

I hope so! My DH keeps cooking fir me and all I do is poo it out!! :(

Aw, hope you feel a bit better soon. I only had D in the hospital, but was fine when I got home.
