I'm hoping for a third homebirth, but we have moved to a new area from the last two and I would be under Northwick Park hospital, London.

I gather it would be under their community midwife scheme that I should be able to have a homebirth. Does anyone know anything about them or had any experience dealing with them?

Ideally I dream of an independant midwife, as I feel knowing who is caring for you throughout pregnancy and birth is such an important homebirth aspect - but cost is way more than I expected.

My first labour was 12 hours start to cuddle, second was 5 hours start to cuddle. Only Tens Machine, no G&A for both.

Many thanks for any replies xx
