Bounty Packs

Hi,
I only ever received two bounty packs and have not been given packs 3,4 or 5.

My health visitor says she no longer provides them.
Does anyone know how to get in contact with Bounty directly as I's really like to claim them.

Thanks.

I think you can claim them on the bounty site, though when I tried it messed up.

I hate Bounty packs - can't believe they are allowed to go round the postnatal wards when you've just given birth and collect your details to sell to marketing companies!

I have only received the ones in hospital, which have always been left on a chair for me, showering both times they turned up. So I have never filled anything out so probably why I never get anymore.

4pudding you can tell them to begger off. I will be doing it with the photo person this time after last, there is no way they are coming near my child. I'll take photos myself.

You made that clear in your post 6 minutes ago.

4pudding · 16/05/2011 20:01

Oops, didn't mean to post twice!

I did tell them to bugger off thus time, but I object to having them come up to my hospital bed in the first place, four hours after giving birth!

And when i said no she "well don't you want your child benefit forms?"

I don't think it is clear enough to a lot of people that it's a marketing exercise, you're in a vulnerable state and have lots of people with clipboards asking to confirm your name and address for medical reasons anyway.

onadietcokebreak · 16/05/2011 20:04

Tell the midwife you dont want the lady coming round if you dont want her.

In my local hospital we just get given them by the baby.

OP check out bounty but Im sure packs 3 and 4 are via hospital.

Oh I agree entirely, I found the same with the photo people to be honest, it is treated like the norm that someone other than a HCP can come up and touch and mess about with your child, and startle them with a camera.
After what happened with my DS they will not be coming near this one as I am sure they need my consent and they will NOT be getting it.

orientalstirfry · 16/05/2011 20:14

Have any of you seen a Mama Pack?

nunnie · 16/05/2011 20:29

Is that the one in the nice bag, with the nutsoap (totally forgotten name sorry baby brain), and the child benefit form? I got one when pregnant with DS, but haven't looked into getting one for this one as not sure they would send me one, being so close together Blush

You don't need a bounty pack to get your child benefit form.

You can get child benefit forms here

I'm not PG yet (am trying) and just popped over for a browse from the conception board. I am really shocked that hospitals allow this! They would get treated by me the same way as the charity muggers that hang around outside the office (i.e. if ignoring them doesn't work, telling them ephatically to BUGGER OFF). Crikey, as if squeezing a person out of your chuff were not enough to deal with for one day!

gallicgirl · 17/05/2011 16:23

Glad I had a home birth and the MW just brought them to the house!

OP, if you go to the bounty website, it tells you where to get them from. I think mostly Boots and Sainsburys. If you sign up to Sainsburys baby club, then you can print off a voucher to pick one up.

We've found some of them difficult to get hold of and then I had two of one of the packs Confused.
