Haywards Heath - attitudes to repeat c-section

I'm currently with Royal Surrey in Guildford and have hit a complete brick wall when it comes to my request for a repeat c-section. They are trying bully me into a VBAC and now I feel so uncomfortable with their attitude I think I need to change hospital.

Has anyone asked for one at Haywards Heath or any other local hospitals? We are near Horsham. I'm also in the area for East Surrey, but I've not heard good things about their infection rates. Chichester might be a possibility too.

Sorry can't answer your question, but just wanted to say I had ds as Haywards Heath in Jan and everyone there was lovely. I had massive complications after the birth but ds was looked after in the scbu (he was fine so wasn't there for medical reasons, just to be looked after), dh was allowed to stay for several nights in his own room in the postnatal ward, all the midwives were fantastic etc etc. I would definitely go there again if I have another baby. Good luck to you :)

Thank you! I had heard good things about them.
