belly flab

How long does it take for it to go away?
I am 12 weeks post birth, my belly shrank but really still big. It looks like as a role of fat it flabs if I get on all fourth and I can grab it with my hand. I breast feed do aerobic workouts. The flab seem to be shrinking very slowly but I thought it would be gone by now. I am 5'3 now 130 pounds, was around 115-117 before the baby. I am thinking if I loose 10 pounds it will disappear but when I look at it it seems like it will never go away. How long did it take to get your belly looking normal? Is it possible even?

Is it fat or stretched skin? I'm using skin tightening cream in the hope that it will help the skin go back to normal!

12 weeks is still really close to the birth!

I know it's hard, especially if you've always been slim. But think back to what you were like 12 weeks pre birth.

Old saying but true - it takes 9 months to make a baby...

Unless you're super wealthy with a team of nutritionists, exercise gurus, nannies etc.
