I'm 35 & 4 have pains in my bits my cervix I suppose? Also have sharp pains in my pubic bone and keep feeling like something might pop when the baby moves! Does any of this mean anything??

Probably the baby moving around and getting in a good position. Do you know if the baby is head down yet? If not, that could be what it is doing.

I had this with my DS and have it again now but worse, It is a normal pregnancy ache & pain I'm afraid! Its worth mentioning at your next Dr or Midwife appointment as could also be SPD as mentioned above for which there is treatment available. I know some people have tried reflexology for this and the pain went after a couple of treatments (I hate feet so haven't had it myself!) mine is often worse at night but a body pillow can help you get comfy.

Wished I had known about the reflexology sooner! Have been suffering over 4 years with Spd (back, hips and groin). Will have to try it! Thank you

i had those pains, too. my consultant said that's normal -- bones are expanding... not spd
