Just wondering if anyone out there has been in the same situation! I gave birth last year, naturally but had an episiotomy. I also tore though, into an artery and ended up losing over 2 litres of blood. Am really scared this might happen again when/if we have another baby and wondering if I should ask for a c-section? Do you think the midwife/doctor might suggest it to be on the safe side? xx

Hello
I haven't had your experience (c-section baby) but if you're scared then there's a great technique called EFT which can make a huge difference to how you're feeling. I can tell you more about it or you can google it yourself. I use it all the time. You can then make decisions with a clear head instead of being scared.

Hi, thank you so much for replying - have googled EFT and will definitely look into this - I've never heard of it before but sounds like it could be something that could help! Thanks gain :)

I had a 3rd degree tear with DS and the second time I was given the option of a CS for DD. I did have one, but thats because she was breech.
