Well I hope private there is better than public because quite frankly i would rather birth In a stable than there ever again

Mark Johnson - truly wonderful person and v highly rated. I could not have asked for a better care or birth - he made sure everything went perfectly. However, he gets booked up v v quickly for private patients.

Waves back at sh77 :) Doing great thanks! 35+1 today and some days I think I may even reach my 38+2 ELCS as my earlier contractions have all but gone!

Hope you are doing well too!!

No idea about consultants, but I had my baby there in the normal NHS ward on Sunday and received excellent care from beginning to end. All staff and midwives were encouraging, friendly and professional. The midwife who delivered my baby was wonderful and actually read/followed my birth plan. GOOD LUCK!!
