Im 32+4 starting to consider the birth is the massage worth the bother and how do you do it if it is. Any help appreciated!

i know a couple of people who have done it.

(but they both said to google what to do)

Neither tore, nor needed an episiotomy. I hope to do it too (anything is worth not tearing to me) but not sure what to do.

will watch as im sure someone will come along to tell us Smile

It is on you tube -- just google it...

I did it, but needed an episiotomy anyway, would have needed one regardless as DD got herself all tangled up (arms).

So...not sure if I'll bother this time. Why not, if you have the time/inclination?

I didn't do it, could barely reach and it felt weird doing it. I didn't need any stitches and when I was speaking to the midwife in delivery room she said it was a load of rubbish and that your body is more than equipped to have a baby without needing it. However, saying that some people swear by it so I guess it's personal choice. Try hypnobirthing CD it gives you confidence in your body to do the job! Good luck whatever you choose x
