Chester or Liverpool for birth? where would you choose?

I'm due to have an elective section in July, would really appreciate any advice, experiences good or bad, sections or natural births and care regarding the two hospitals.
I've had two emergency sections before, and both were very stressful.
I can have my baby at either, so need to decide soon.
Many thanks in advance Smile

I had DD at Liverpool Womens as did all of my friends and SIL - no complaints from me or them I don't think. I was induced as over by 2 weeks and they did start me off and then leave me to restart again the next morning ( I hope I never have to go through that again!), but emergencies were coming in (it was that really heavy snow just before Christmas) so they didn't really have a choice.

Liverpool Women's is one of the leading specialist hospitals in the UK. Lots of University led research as well as the normal clinical stuff.
