Has anyone got a birth pool water pump stored away that I could please borrow?

Got a pool from a lovely mner and have sourced al the other bits I need but having trouble with the pump, they arev very £££ for one time use!

If someone has one they aren't expecting to use the next few months could I please borrow it?

I will, of course, pay postage both ways!

Am 34 weeks today and can have HB from next week so would like to get everything sorted :)

Hi There.I'm based in South africa & I do birth pool rentals. We do not send pumps with our hire but use the siphoning method which works really well.
You attach your hosepipe to an outside tap & run water into the pool for a few seconds(or until you can feel water coming in) and then drop the connection at the tap-end & it'll all backwash out - you can direct the hose onto your lawn(all birthing products will do your grass good)
If you dont have an outside tap then just do the same from your inside tap & empty via the drain in your kitchen/bathroom sink/bath/shower.
