Hi ladies, ive just completed my birth and postnatal doula course with Nurturing Births and it was amazing! So i am now training in the Surrey area. I just loved how the whole ethos is to empower the woman and give her the control, even in a hospital enviroment. I had one vaginal birth and one elective caesarian, so the course really opened my eyes to the role of the Doula and how having one constant companion can reduce the need for intervention and CS. Very interesting.
