what wet wron? was she inored as they thouht her pain was normal labour pains? what checks should have been in place?

I couldn't help wondering why she was being induced at 40 weeks, and if she would still be alive today, if she had been left to go into labour of her own accord.

some friends of the family told me that was somethin that came out in the autopsy, that she shouldnt have been induced, but as she was already experiencin breathin difficulties that they should have iven a cs straiht away

So perhaps the head of whoever ordered the induction should roll also?
