I did back in august, for the second time. Both deliveries with Con Kelleher. First was long and painful and complicated, but the landsdell was great and was quiet as there was only 1 or 2 other mums in. Second time ELCS which was fantastic, however landsdell wasn't great. They were full and there were two sets of twins in so I think they were very stretched. Having said that, it might also be because it was my second child and so they might have thought that I could cope! On the whole fine, would go back, but it was helpful having DH with me to go and get help or chase as and when was necessary. The biggest downer was that they sent me home with only 4 days worth of painkillers after cs which was their mistake.....had I been a bit more with it I would have noticed the drugs were looked a bit thin on the ground, but it was ok in the end as the surgery had been done so well that I recovered very quickly (driving after a week up and around and participating in family life after 4 days!)
Hope that helpls
