newborn eye-colour change question.....

at what point do newborn babies eyes change colour and stay that way permanantly? My son is 3 weeks old today, and was born with 'dark' eyes (non-specific colour-wise), that now appear to be getting paler and looking a more definite blue colour.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Can take ages - DS is 18mo and I'm still not sure what colour his eyes are (mid-brown atm, but maybe getting darker).

He had blue eyes for several months.
