although my intuitions are usually wrong!

I'm 35 weeks with DC2 and have an ELCS booked for 18th March. But I have the strongest feeling we're going to see her before then....

DS was born on his due date, and this baby is much lower and more fully engaged than he ever was. Her movements have slowed a bit and I just feel 'ready'.

Has anyone else felt like this and been right?

I feel the same. Have ELCS booked for 11th March when I will be 39 weeks. I am 36+ weeks just now, feel heavy, occasional cramps, lower back pain and freq bowel movements. BH are getting stronger by the day. I have a feeling too.I know baby is head down as I had a scan the other day. /ood luck. Are you booked in a week early? X

yep. Just can't imagine getting to ELCS day and baby still being in there!! Esp. As DS was on time, I've no experience of going overdue!

I did with DC2. I had everything prepped by the door when I was 37 weeks and he came at 38 weeks!

Can't put my finger on what it was, I just had a feeling he was ready, stomach was rock hard all the time and just felt like he had no more room!
