Tricky hormones before due date?

I'm due next Thursday 24th but I think the little one will come later.

I haven't had the nesting feeling yet; however, I'm tyding up little by little to have things more or less sorted.

What I do have is emotional moments...I cry a lot. I guess many women go through this when it's your first time. Probably knowing my family can't be here as they live in Argentina and many more things...the unknown, the fact the baby will change your life forever, you are scared about the birth by hoping it's ok...lots of things.

Anyway, has anyone experienced this? How do you cope?

Hi - It is hormones, hormones, hormones! It is natural to worry. I worried about everything and I couldn't think about the birth at all. But my little one is now 13 weeks old and I am loving it. The hospital was great, it was my first child and the birth was a good experience too. I would recommend you get fresh air, can you walk about easily? If you can, walk in the fresh air as it really does keep you calm. Don't worry about crying as it all part of the experience - just let the tears flow. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you - enjoy your last few days before your big day.
