I want to download a hypnosis MP3 that will help calm me for labour. I had one for my DS birth a few years back but it was on my old laptop that broke a while ago and I can't remember where I downloaded it from. It wasn't too expensive either and it was amazing help to me.
The main thing I remember about it was the bit about being on an escalator going down one level at a time and you could reach level "zero, zero, zero" if you were in a lot of pain so it really zoned you out.
