Music in Labour

I think music is very important during labour, as if your in a hospital, a familer song can make yu feel as at home as you can, and to me, the songs I gave birth to will be forever DC songs :)
I have had two hospital births and am hoping for my 3rd in 7 weeks to be a homebirth. My DD was born in Tooting hospital and they were great about me taking a stereo in and I will forever remember pushing through Massive attack's 'Teardrop', The moment she was put in my arms to 'little star' by Stina Nordensteum and when the stitching ect was done, just me laying with her listening to 'in to my arms' by Nick Cave - HEAVEN!
My DS was diffrent, wasnt aloud a stereo :( but took my iPod, but was constantly chatted to by MW (she never left myside through the 4 hours!)but all I wanted to do was close my eyes block out the pain and listen to music (she was a great MW though :)) but when I did have it on,'Chasing cars' by snow patrol is his song :)
Im now compiling my 3rd bith playlist, any ideas for aproprite songs? dont want to use the same songs.
What are your DC/labour songs?

Things Can Only Get Better? Oh, THAT sort of Labour...

I had a fab CD all prepared and never got it out of the bag - maybe next time!

'I've got you under my skin' was on my tape, but I never got it out either. Listened to Radio 3 in the morning, until some appropriately stormy Rachmaninov started to get on my nerves, then never thought about it again.

However, DD was born at 7.12 pm, amidst rather a lot of drame, but I do vaguely remember looking at the clock and thinking that I'd missed the Archers Blush.
