pain after section

I had an emergency section on 2/01 due to foetal distress as a result of my pre eclampsia. The wound is healing nicely but the skin above it is very tender all over right up to my belly button. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, I had a combination of tenderness, itchyness and numbness. Get well soon

Yes, it can take months (well it did for me) for it to feel less tender. I am 10 months PP and although I have numb areas, the general tenderness is now gone. Take it easy xx
