Can anyone recommend a cd they have used? I am anxious to have a better experience this time! Thanks!

I used Natal hypnotherapy. I kind of disliked the woman speaking, but I found my attitude towards the birth shifted a lot, and my fear disappeared completely. You can get them on ebay or through NCT shop

I used Natal hypnotherapy too and liked them - I got mine on ebay and sold them on afterwards.

I liked the Natal hypnotherapy CD's best (I liked the woman's voice too!) and again got them on ebay.

I also listened to the Hypnobirthing but preferred the english accent of the Natal hypnotherapy than the american one of the Hypnobirthing. I also given a number of other birth hypnosis CD's too by various friends but none were as good.

I have only being doing it for a week (very traumatic birth last time) but I do actually think it is going in! At the very least it is a great relaxation aid.

I used Natal Hypnotherapy too. Although the birth still hurt, I felt confident and in control. And like lucy101 says, they are a great relaxation aid.

Natal hypnotherapy too, it's fantastic. I arrived at hospital fully dilated because I'd coped so well at home.
