Snacks for labour?

Further to my previous thread about hospital bag, was wondering what kind of food to pack- so far I have thought of lucozade and dried apricots. Do I need something more carby and substantial? Tia

I had pizza just before we went into hospital, and had a lovely exorcist moment when we got there :D The midwife appreciated my mint imperials though! Eating was the last thing on my mind until about 24 hours after the birth, but i think i'm just odd!
