Mild contractions for a while - what should I do?!

Been having mild contractions (they hurt a bit but can talk through them) since 3:30 this morning, around 5 mins apart consistantly. Is there something I should be doing? Walking / resting / hopscotching? Could this go on much longer?! SO frustrating!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

sleep is probably the sensible thing to do, you might not get the chance for a while.

but i'm in a similar position and am bouncing on my ball while trying to have a go at nipple stimulation.

and yes it could go on for a while. i've been at it for days now.

although, everyone i speak to on here in early labour seems to disappear and come back with a baby a short while later

I'm still here!

Blimey, days you say...good luck, I hope it all steps up for you soon.

Think I'll rest today & be a bit more proactive tomorrow if nothing's happened. Thanks for your advice.
