Recovery after episiotomy question

I had a small episiotomy a few weeks ago. What sort of pain or swelling or weirdness should I reasonably expect in the first - how many? - weeks?

everyone's different, if you had it a few weeks ago and its healed well there may be some soreness but not extreme and debilitating. the stitches should have come out and the external skin joined. you should be able to sit but may feel some discomfort but not too much.

what symptoms do you have, its easier to comment if you describe what you're feeling.
