Shorter? Longer?

My first 3 were all 6 hours, MW classed the 3rd as 4 hours but would say 6 myself!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Mine was about the same as 2nd and 3rd.
All the best. What dc do you have already?

ninamag · 08/12/2010 22:50

My fourth was slightly longer than the first three, but I was induced.

cluelessnchaos · 08/12/2010 22:53

1st 18 hours, 2nd 2 hours, 3rd 5 hours, 4th hour and a half.

Fourth felt much quicker than the other three

My 1st was 3 hours, 2nd was 20 minutes, 3rd was 1 hr 20 mins & 4th was 45 mins. So guess all about the same really....with the first being a little longer as is usual.

When are you due?

fidelma · 09/12/2010 21:56

Yes when are you due and do you know what you are having?

TotorosOcarnina · 10/12/2010 10:24

Sorry to take so long to get to replying! I did have 2 home births....unsurprisingly the 20 minute one was at home! I thought she was a poo.Went to the toilet & realised poo was actually a baby. 3rd one was also a homebirth. Other 2 in hospital (due to them being premature)

Good luck :)

katster37 · 17/12/2010 17:36

Kela my first baby was 2hrs45 and am expecting my second - v scared as the new hospital is a good 30 min drive away. I will be living (temporarily!) at my parents' at the time and don't fancy a homebirth at their house - I think my mum would panic somewhat! Did you have ANY warning prior to the 'poo'?!
