Eek! C section wound set back

I know, I am a fuckwit but DS3, age 2.5 and 15kg was having the mother of all tantrums last night and I picked him up to stop him banging his head off the patio doors, as you would. But am 4 weeks post c section and am in pain today. Have I done some damage or is it just a wee set back? I would have thought I was mostly healed by now so am hoping it's just a bit of a strain. Am sure some of you will have done something similarly daft so any advice welcome.

I felt pain after over exerting myself that early post c-section too.

It also increased the lochia (sp) and caused me to get through quite a few extra pads in the coupel fo days immediately after.

No harm done in the long term though.

Thanks. I do have a bit of pink staining today. Have baby clinic on Wednesday so will mention it if not calmed down. Luckily my mum is visiting so is doing tons for me. I am sooo cross with myself but better that than a ko'd plonker of a toddler.
