Do 3rd babies tend to arrive earlier then 1st & 2nd?

1st arrived on her due date, 2nd 2 days late, now have 10 days to go intil due with no3!

well we had:
DS1 -10 days early
DS2 - on then day
DD - 10 days late

we had loads and loads of false starts with no.3 apparently very common!

good luck, let us know how you get on. How old are you other ones?

DS2 8 days early

was not ready, day after i'd finished work, hadn't packed hospital bag etc etc.

I'm all packed and ready to go, ha! Had a show 2 weeks ago so thought I ought to get ready... DD is 5 and DS is 2

DS1 - 8 days early
DD - 10 days early
DS2 - 5 days early but felt like an eternity as the others came at 38 weeks so to make it to 39 weeks was horrible (sorry I don't know how I would have dealt with an overdue one!)

Also third labour many false alarms, and when it did happen ended up so fast that it was at home! Biggest baby but fastest / easiest birth.

ds1 32wks, dd1 4 days early,ds2 12 days late !

Yes it's true in my case

DD2 5 days late!!! little minx had me thinking i was in labour several times before the main event!!

I am waiting for DC3

I have also had so many false starts, keep thinking i'm in labour! I am so sick of waiting now! The snow isn't helping the anxiety!!

Not in my experience, ds3 was 10 days late the same as dd2 ..dd1 was 4 weeks early

Nor mine - all three went beyond date.
