I had a show on Tuesday - not have upset stomach...

Yes it can be a sign.

I had an upset stomach both times, but when I was in early labour.

I had an upset tummy too, but at that point I already knew I was in labour as I was having regular contractions! I remember thinking "Ah, this will be..."

I never had a show though...

I had a baby 10 days ago at 39+3. During week 38 I felt nauseous and had the trots for about 5 days and even was sick once. I was convinced it was an early sign of labour. Then...my Dad got a similar bug and this week FIL had a bug so I assume neither of them are pg and I had a bug too. A pharmacist told my Mum that there is something going round.
