Hello can anyone tell me where I can go for a strep B test in Glasgow? Would rather go to a clinic than try the home testing route.
Thanks.

I think you can ask your gp to take a swab. I had it but it showed up in a swab I had to check for BV. I am based in Glasgow but I don't remember being offered a routine test. Midwives don't take swabs, it has to be a doctor. You could check eith your midife at your next check up.

lol - of course midwives take swabs!

Just ask your gp or midwife to do it next time you're there.

My midwives (Victoria Infirmary, Glasgow) did not take swabs. I asked them for one and told me very specifically that they could not do it and that I would have to ask my GP.
