I'm due tomorrow and have stupidly managed to pull a muscle in my upper back!! Sort of around my left shoulder blade, and a bit to the left. It's not that bad but it really hurts to pull myself up or down. I must have done it in bed turning over or something.
Since I can't take ibuprofen, any thoughts on what I can do to improve it? Is it worth me trying to see someone next week?
Better not go into labour now!
