Hi have another thread on this but thought i would try and zone in on this particular issue as my dw has appt for operation to cut away the over granulation tissue this week that appeared after her epsiotomy wound healed up itself and tidy the area up - she is still in some pain and having to stand up and pee etc for 4 months must take its toll on anyone - chemical cauterisation which was not offered on the nhs has helped alot but has not completely gotten rid of the overgowth of tissue - cant see how that can be cauterised "precisley" so that it the tissue is reflush with her natural wall....??? has anyone been restictched after a broken down epistiotomy??? painful? worth it? thanks

Nothing helpful to say, I'm afraid, but have been following what your DW has been going through and just wanted to wish her, and you and DS, lots of luck and very much hope she heals well and soon. XX
