I had an EMCS for my 1st DC and I'm currently pregnant with DC2. I went to see the consultant for the 1st time yesterday and I was all up for a natural water birth with only G+A for this time around. It was what I wanted the 1st time but things didn't happen that way.
Since talking to her (she was lovely btw) I feel more worried and anxious over my decision as I have stats and monitoring and induction etc going around inside my head and I really don't know what to do for the best.
How do I know if I can get through natural childbirth? I'd hate to end up having an EMCS again and I'd hate to have my labour monitored contunuously and have a time limit imposed on it but I also want what's best for the baby and I maybe that's an ELCS?
