Hey all impending sweep being offered on Thursday at 38+5 due to growth scan predicitons. Would go for it normally but Im worried about infection risks because I tested positive for Group B at about 28 weeks. Has anyone else out there went ahead with sweep knowing they have GBS love to hear your experiences thanks

Our Daughter had GBS with this pregnancy. My first Grand Daughter was born at 41 weeks. She was 8lbs 10oz. Rayna had infection all through her perfect little body and was born deceased. I watched her roll around in my daughter's belly hours before she was born still. My daughter had 3 finger sweeps. We believe that the finger sweeps introduced bacteria. Please do not chance it. If you are the one who loses your baby....it was 100% chance for you. Please learn from little Rayna...who should be keeping my heallthy daughter up all night. Do NOT GET A MEMBRANE SWEEP even if you do not have GBS...don't take the chance.
