Hi
I really don't want to lose my shape as I did last 2 pregnancies and as this will be my 3rd baby I can't imagine what my belly will be like after it is born. Can anyone recommend good exercise for pregnancy and also any abdominal exercises??

Yoga & swimming. Pefect all the way through a pregnancy & keeps your head screwed on as well as helping to keep in shape.

I second that! Not that I feel particularly fit but I do feel the yoga has prepared me for the imminent birth and the swimming is just a joy! If you're not a swimmer, just floating around and kicking is really great to keep your back and hips loose and supple.

Any exercise you do pre pregnancy should be ok as long as you avoid abdominal exercises. If you do a class tell the instructor you are pregnant and they will advise you of any exercises you should avoid. Swimming is excellent as is walking and yoga. I personaly continued Karate training till approx 7 months with my first I just ensured the instructor knew I was pregnant and he advised me not to fight and to avoid some of the other exercises.
