This may be TMI but never mind. I'm 30 weeks and have pain in my bottom region and bottom of the bump and feel like I need to pee all the time.

This isn't the start of anything is it? It's just general pregnancy pain right?

Probably a wee infection, worth seeing a doctor about if it is hurting that much.

Definitely see the doctor asap. UTIs and kidney infections are common in pregnancy and shouldn't be messed about with.

I've got exactly the same pains at the moment. I went to the doctor yesterday and he gave me antibiotics for a urine infection. See the doctor ASAP!

Just got back from the doctor, no UTI or anything. We think it is just the baby pushing things around. Can't remember these pains last time lol.
