hello im nearly 36 weeks and after an emcs with ds im a little worried about going over due date and getting induced this time as it will have increased risks of scar rupture and another section. i know 37wks is technically full term but will hospital still try and stop labour? i guessing not as they say long walks and curries are welcome from 37wks.

Nobody is going to stop your labour at this stage

I THINK before 35 weeks they would intervene..

I'm not 100% though, and am sure someone will be along to correct me in a mo Smile

Before 34 weeks they would try and delay labour until steriod injections have been given.

I had DS at 35 weeks, they did not try to stop labour (they did give steroid injections as soon as it was confirmed I was in labour).
