Hi, I am planning to ask for a c-section at my 36 week midwife appointment (tomorrow) after extensive Physio and Hydrotherapy for SPD. I have a particularly bad case of SPD that is very irritable and I have been walking on crutches for 6 weeks now. I am scared of exaserbating the problem by trying a natural birth. I was wondering if anyone out there can give me an idea of what to expect or if I have left it too late to ask? This is my 2nd baby, delivered the first naturally with no problems.
