Im only 39+6 and know it will probs not come to this, but was more curiosity.

If it got to 42 weeks and an induction was needed, what would be the chances of been allowed a cs.

I am planning on a home water birth, so I'm obv. not afraid to give birth vaginally, but I have read some awful things about inductions, and personally would not want the use of forceps or ventouse. I know cs is a major op. but to me, this would be preferable.

Just curious to see if anone else has been in this position. I know hosp. would rather not operate if need be, bu wondering if the option would be there.

ooh thank you. Looks like if you refuse an induction, there's not much they can do. Feel better now!!! :)
