it nearly killed me. i only had grazes and it burned like hell. i liked all her other products but no, not that one. i got an aloe and something else gel from the midwife though, that was lovely. they make it at the practice and give it to new mums.

god I wish I got something useful from the postnatal midwife. Aloe vera on its own is probably good (maybe with tea tree oil?). I tried using tea tree and lavender oils but found it irritating - not even to the actual bits but sort of inner thighs. I know they say you shouldn't use oils undiluted but still...Actually I have no idea why I am writing all this. Who cares?!
