Recommendations for hypnobirthing books?

I don't want anything too long-winded or wordy (haven't even got the energy to digest Heat magazine at the mo Wink) but I am a first timer so any suggestions would be grand.

Am planning a water birth if there is anything geared towards mermaids about? Grin

I agree - thought the Natal Hynotherapy book was great (I also got the birth preparation CD to listen to as well). It's very positive and reassuring about labour and birth without being over the top.

I've been listening to the CD for pregnancy relaxation but I keep falling asleep... I've tried about 4 times so far and still haven't heard the end!

miamix There was another thread on here a while back about the book/CD and I vaguely remember someone saying it took so long waiting for amazon to get it in that they found it faster (as time is something they didn't have, I guess!) to order direct from the natal hypnobirthing website.
