tips for getting baby engaged?

Hi all,

I'm only 39 + 3 but wanting to see if I can help get this baby engaged.
I have bad SPD and RLP pain and I am not sleeping at all well. Convinced I will sleep better with the baby out!
Don't want to force baby if not ready, but any tips on getting the head to engage?
It's completely free as of today's apt. My cervix is long, thick and tubal. So no progress!

bouncing on a ball might help but i think patience is the key!
